R.E. Michel Company is seeking a Warehouse/Driver in Reading, PA to safely operate equipment, fulfill orders, and deliver to customer locations. The role emphasizes accurate service, safety, and adherence to DOT regulations within a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualified applicants should have a valid license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a DOT physical and operate a forklift, and be available Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. R.E.

• Able to pass DOT physical and operate a forklift (18+).
• Flexibility to work Mondayriday with some Saturdays.

Job Title: Warehouse/Driver
Full Time/Non-Exempt

Reports To: Branch Manager

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately servicing customer needs.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory5-year driving record.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18 years old).
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Work Environment:Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety sensitive position.
Successful completion of pre-employmentscreens is required andmust be 18 years of age to operate forklift.
