Job summary

Centerline Communications LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to support warehouse, inventory, yard and office operations in the United States. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, staging, vehicle maintenance, DOT compliance, and efficient stock management.

You will interact with field staff and customers, drive a 26-foot box truck for local deliveries, and help with general office/grounds tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in performing material handling activities within a warehouse
• Telecommunications experience desired but not required.
• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck and making local deliveries preferred.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
• Dependable, self-starter with an excellent work ethic; team player willing to help wherever needed; punctual with a strong attendance record.
• Excellent communicator who can interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Ability to utilize a computer, specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Associates degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and supplies from trucks.

• Perform equipment maintenance checks.
• Ability to operate a forklift a plus.
• Assists in maintaining vehicle maintenance records.
• Manages and executes ongoing cost saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage effective utilization of equipment and vehicle assets.
• Keeps management appraised of any delays, discrepancies, unsafe working conditions, vehicle or stockroom irregularities or maintenance issues.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe stockroom and yard.
• Execute various warehouse transactions electronically.
• Tracks and cycle count to ensure that stock levels are accurate.
• Assists in the deliveries or pick-ups to/from job sites and customer locations.
• Operate a 26-foot box truck to safely transport materials, equipment, and supplies between warehouse locations, customer sites, vendors, and project sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain all required DOT logs and documentation.
• Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner while adhering to company and DOT regulations.
• Responsible for all shipping and receiving functions.
• Monitor and confirm accuracy of all material and stock for easy retrieval and verification.
• Follows established policies and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
• Ability to transport vehicles needing work to and from maintenance sites.
• Assist with general office / grounds maintenance when needed (i.e., scheduling sanding, salting, assisting with snow removal).
• Other duties as required

Schedule:

• Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Overtime is required as business needs dictate and may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position in Colorado is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
