Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Driver to support our service technicians by delivering parts, maintaining the warehouse, and handling related duties at the Fresno, CA facility.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of warehouse delivery experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and being 21+. HVAC/R parts experience is a plus; strong attention to detail and safe driving are essential.

• Prepare parts for delivery.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain travel logs per regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle; add fluids as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Plan routes for cost-efficient delivery.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Driver, you will support our Service Technicians and our goals of providing the highest level of customer service to our customers. You'll deliver parts, maintain the warehouse, and perform other related duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts and inventory to Service Technicians at the work site.
• Pick up parts from suppliers or the work site
• Review and update documentation related to parts pick-up and delivery
• Pick and prepare parts for delivery
• Always maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain logs of travel as required according to federal and state regulations
• Inspect and maintain vehicle, adding fluids and oil as needed
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Plan driving routes to ensure the most economical use of time and equipment
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• 2 years of warehouse delivery experience.
• Parts experience in HVAC/R or a similar industry is a big plus.
• Must be 21 or older

• Must pay attention to detail and be organized
• Ability to drive in various road conditions safely
• Computer knowledge must include MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
• All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride-along with a field technician as part of their employment.
