Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Distribution Specialist-2 in Somerset, NJ to handle receiving, picking, sortation, and loading operations in a fast-paced warehouse. You will work with RF equipment and Voice Pick Technology to ensure accurate product handling and timely deliveries.

In this role you will maintain safety standards, perform basic inventory counts, and collaborate with a team to meet productivity and quality goals. Previous warehouse experience and willingness to learn WMS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use RF equipment and perform basic math.
• Prior experience in warehouse/distribution is a plus.
• Familiarity with WMS technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets and verify goods, document variances.
• LUM Picking: select products via Voice Pick/RF and place into totes.
• Sortation: prepare area and move cartons to pallets or carts.
• Loading: ensure correct loading onto trucks using RF and pallet jack.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow SOPs.
