Job summary

Gabriella White is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Pelham, AL team. You will unload, inspect, pick, pack, and load shipments, and help keep a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and a reliable attendance record. We offer competitive benefits, a 401(k) plan with match after 12 months, and opportunities for overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as hand truck, dolly, pallet jack, or order picker.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System and Datascope for inbound and outbound processing.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities and labels against inbound paperwork.
• Inspect inbound shipments for freight damage and report issues.
• Pick, pack, and load customer orders according to procedures.
• Check carton quality on picked orders before loading.
• Return misplaced or incorrectly pulled items to the proper bin location.
• Follow housekeeping responsibilities for the assigned area.
