Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work safely in warehouse/delivery settings.
• Pass a background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Warehouse, delivery, shipping, equipment setup, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Stable work history and verifiable references.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Emergency loaner-equipment or network/connectivity knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Hilyard’s Business Solutions is looking for a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Support Specialist who can jump in wherever help is needed. You will prepare orders, load and unload trucks, make local and occasional long-distance same-day deliveries, and deliver, assemble, set up, and install copiers, printers, fax machines, and related equipment at customer sites.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, stage, load, and deliver orders and equipment.
• Make local deliveries and occasional longer-distance deliveries in a company vehicle.
• Unbox, place, assemble, and help set up equipment at customer sites.
• Complete trade lease-in, lease-return, equipment-swap, rental-return, pickup, and delivery paperwork.
• Follow assigned routes, meet appointment times, and communicate delays promptly.
• Help with shipping, receiving, inventory movement, cleanup, and urgent delivery needs.
• Complete delivery paperwork and communicate updates or problems quickly.
• Pitch in wherever needed to improve warehouse and delivery flow.
• Support coworkers and contribute to a positive, respectful, team-first workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work safely in a warehouse and delivery environment.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law.
• Warehouse, delivery, shipping, equipment-setup, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Stable work history, dependable attendance, reliable transportation to work, and verifiable professional references.
• Mechanical or material-handling experience—including forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks—is a plus.
• Emergency loaner-equipment or network/connectivity knowledge is a plus.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; some flexibility and overtime may be required due to delivery timing.
• Pay: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience.
• Travel: Local routes plus occasional longer-distance same-day deliveries; home daily. Assigned vehicles may include non-CDL 16- to 26-foot box trucks within applicable license and weight limits.
• License: No CDL required.
• Vehicle: Company delivery vehicle provided.
