Job summary

Leslie's, Inc. in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Splash location.

The role focuses on preparing merchandise for delivery, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting service and delivery teams, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse activities. Responsibilities include unloading, picking orders, palletizing, loading delivery trucks, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and stores.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; use equipment for heavier loads.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist service and delivery crews with on-site and warehouse tasks
• Unload trucks and store merchandise on racking
• Accurately pick orders using picking tickets
• Palletize and prepare loads for shipment
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Bar-code and bag non-factory packed merchandise
• Maintain, clean, and organize the warehouse and stores
• Assist with returns, restocks, and end-of-day procedures
