Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support Will-Call counter operations, process orders, and accurately pull, pack, and ship parts. You will organize stock and assist with deliveries using a company vehicle in the Dallas area.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehousing or distribution, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and strong customer service and teamwork skills to ensure efficient, cost-effective service to our customers.

Qualifications

• One to three years warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience.
• Driving/Delivery experience.
• Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.
• Solid interpersonal skills, able to maintain cooperative working relationship with all levels of personnel.
• Reliable and effective communicator.
• Strong teamwork and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at “Will-Call" counter, entering orders and answering questions and selling parts using friendly customer service skills
• Pulls, packages and ships orders accurately and cost effectively for customers
• Organizes stock and maintains locations on computer
• Drives company owned truck and delivers orders to customer
• Provide excellent customer service when engaging with Ryan Herco Flow Solutions’ customers
• Load and unloads truck deliveries.
