ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a dependable delivery driver to operate 1 1/2 to 4 ton straight trucks across PA, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries in full compliance with DOT regulations.

You will verify manifests, seals, and bills of lading with the Shipping & Receiving team, maintain logbooks and perform routine vehicle inspections, and help secure cargo while maintaining cold-chain integrity. The role requires a valid license, a clean MVR, and the ability to work independently within tight

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a straight truck (1 1/2 to 4 tons) or refrigerated transport preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and a good MVR.
• Ability to follow DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate straight trucks to deliver loads across PA in compliance with state and federal DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving to verify load manifests, seals, and bills of lading before departure.
• Maintain logs documenting pickups and deliveries; perform daily vehicle inspections and report needed service.
• Ensure temperature-controlled cargo remains within cold-chain parameters during transit.
• Assist with safe loading/unloading and securing palletized cargo; report incidents as needed.
