Job summary

Famous Supply in Aurora, IL is seeking Warehouse/Driver associates to support unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, staging and loading deliveries. This role also drives a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate and requires loading, route navigation via a company smartphone, and ensuring delivery accuracy.

We offer an annual bonus opportunity and benefits; candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate large vehicles with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to drive large vehicles.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks
• Receiving material
• Put-away of material
• Picking customer orders
• Staging customer orders for delivery
• Loading customer delivery trucks
• Help load truck; Use Smartphone to navigate stops; Unload materials for customer; Verify delivery for accuracy; Provide friendly and helpful customer service; Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Note: Famous Supply Drivers will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.
