Job summary

ModernControls LLC is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support HVAC parts distribution and site deliveries in Delaware. You will operate box trucks, verify shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no moving violations).
• Ability to safely operate box trucks and stake-body trucks.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and any required drug or alcohol screening.
• Minimum 2 years of box truck driving experience.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including receiving, picking/packing, loading/unloading, forklift operation.

• Operate company vehicles including box trucks and stake-body trucks.
• Receive, verify, and put away incoming shipments.
• Pick, verify, pack, and stage orders for delivery or shipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory handling and documentation.
• Keep the warehouse, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies, DOT requirements, and OSHA regulations.
• Support other warehouse and logistics functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC parts, materials, and equipment to customer and job site locations
• Operate company vehicles including box trucks and stake-body trucks
