Hurley & David (HD Air) in Springfield, MA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Driver to support HVAC install deliveries and warehouse operations. This entry-level role offers a path to learn the HVAC trade while contributing to a busy residential service team.

No CDL is required, but a clean driving record is mandatory. Ideal candidates have 1 year of driving/delivery experience, can lift 50 lbs+, work well with others, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

ABOUT THE JOB

Duties include driving, loading trucks, organizing/stocking the warehouse, and yard clean-up. The job will evolve into delivering materials and equipment to our install technicians, and helping them with the installation in our customers' homes.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

• We are not requiring a CDL License; however, you must have a clean driving record
• 1 year experience of previous driving and/or delivery is preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes in excess of 50lbs
• Must possess a High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to work as a team with other employees
