Job summary

Stoneway Electric Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse-Delivery Driver to receive inventory, stock, pick/pack orders, and ensure timely delivery or pickup. Duties include loading/unloading trucks, learning delivery routes, and performing general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications include being 21+, valid license (CDL not required), and ability to obtain a medical certification. At least a GED and six months of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. CDL not required.
• Current medical certification card or ability to obtain a card.
• Must meet Company's requirements to drive company vehicles.
• Additionally, drivers will be required to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

As a Warehouse-Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for receiving and placing inventory into stock, picking and packing orders for delivery, timely and accurate delivery and/or pickup of goods to specified locations, loading and unloading trucks and trailers, warehouse housekeeping, and inventory control.

Primary Duties:

• Load and unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner.

• Become familiar with delivery routes and customers’ preferences.

• Perform warehouse duties when called upon which includes materials handling, shipping and receiving, picking and packing orders.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. CDL not required.

Pay Details:

• The expected rate of pay for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 hourly.
