Job summary

Geary Pacific Corporation in Las Vegas is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. You will handle orders, assist customers, and help keep the warehouse organized while delivering HVAC products nationwide when assigned.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient movement of goods, with training on Mincron and other inventory systems. A forklift certification is required or to be obtained as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers picking up orders.
• Review orders with customers and ensure products are accurate and undamaged.
• Pick and prepare sales and transfer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive shipments and verify products against purchase orders.
• Safely unload, move, organize, and put away inventory.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and easy-to-navigate warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, handheld scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Inspect and report any issues with warehouse equipment or facilities.
• Properly label products and storage locations.
• Safely operate company vehicles for customer deliveries and branch transfers when assigned.
• Follow all company safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Learn and utilize our computer and inventory systems, including Mincron.
• Complete required product, safety, and industry training.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of our branch. You'll work directly with customers and teammates to make sure products are received, organized, picked, loaded, and delivered accurately and safely.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in getting the job done right.
