Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7am–3pm. Valid driver’s license required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate vans/trucks; strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced floral environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL is a plus.
• Experience driving large vans or trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts up to 12 hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles under 26,000 lbs. GVW for deliveries and pickups.
• Load, unload, and verify products to prevent damage and ensure accuracy.
• Plan routes using GPS and communicate delays to appropriate team.
• Inspect vehicles, maintain logs, and report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety policies and transportation regulations.
• Assist with receiving, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading merchandise.
• Organize cooler inventory and rotate products to maintain quality.
• Prepare retail-ready floral items, pallets, and customer orders.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe; report discrepancies.
• Support inventory counts and operate warehouse equipment as needed.

Position Summary

Mayesh is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to handle local deliveries, regional flower farm pickups, and warehouse operations while ensuring safe transportation, proper product handling, and timely distribution.

Essential Functions Schedule: Sunday -Thursday; 7am-3pm

Delivery and Driving

• Safely operate company vehicles under 26,000 lbs. GVW for scheduled deliveries and pickups.
• Secure, load, unload, and verify products to prevent damage and ensure accuracy.
• Plan routes using GPS and communicate delays to the SMFP Team Lead.
• Inspect vehicles, maintain driving logs, and report maintenance issues.
• Follow company safety policies and applicable transportation regulations.

Warehouse and Product Handling

• Assist with receiving, packing, shipping, and loading or unloading merchandise.
• Organize cooler inventory and rotate floral products to maintain quality.
• Prepare retail-ready floral bunches, value-added products, pallets, and customer orders.
• Organize supplies, stage shipments, and report product discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL is a plus.
• Large van or truck driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, crouch, or kneel for extended periods.
• Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or electric lifts preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts up to 12 hours when needed.

Employment is contingent upon applicable background checks and drug screening, consistent with company policy and applicable law.

Safety-Sensitive Position

This role involves operating company vehicles and performing safety-sensitive duties. Employees must perform all duties safely and without impairment and comply with Mayesh's drug-free workplace, drug-testing, and safety policies.

Testing may include pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable-suspicion testing where permitted by law. Marijuana authorization does not permit workplace impairment or override applicable safety requirements. Refusal to comply with applicable testing requirements, a positive test, or evidence of impairment may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, consistent with applicable law. Employees are responsible for ensuring prescribed medications do not impair safe job performance.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse, delivery, and occasional outdoor or agricultural work.
• Exposure to refrigerated coolers or trucks between 32°F and 45°F.
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Use of warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, knives, and cutters.
