Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co. is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to accurately pick and palletize outbound orders, participate in cycle counts, and maintain organized work areas. You will operate RF scanners, cherry pickers, and forklifts, and communicate professionally with customers.

Some deliveries of auto parts using company vehicles may be required. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights up to 25 feet.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Previous warehouse order picking experience. Forklift experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Must be comfortable using equipment up to 25 feet in the air.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and palletize outbound bulk Case load Replenishment and Battery Fulfillment orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Use equipment including RF Scanner, cherry pickers, and forklifts.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to write customer returns accurately.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Delivery of customer's automotive parts using company vehicle when required.
