Job summary

TireHub is hiring a Logistics Specialist in Alcoa, TN. The role is on-site, full-time, with a starting hourly rate and a yearly raise. You will load/unload tires, deliver locally, and manage orders while maintaining vehicle safety checks.

The position emphasizes customer service, inventory support, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in warehouse or logistics, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet DOT and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving history.
• Must meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any DOT minimum age requirement.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

What the Job Is Like:

Be ready to stay active throughout your shift:

• Lift and move tires (up to 50 lbs. frequently)
• Stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
• Operate equipment including order pickers and forklifts (OSHA certification training provided)
• Work in a warehouse and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Flexible scheduling including some Saturdays
• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 ft on order pickers
• Commitment to following all safety rules and company policies
• Maintain valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height, to meet physical compatibility with equipment and safety restraints. (These limitations are based on equipment specifications and the need to ensure safe operation; any reasonable accommodations will be reviewed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant laws).
