Indigo Event Rentals is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Team Member to join our fast-moving Utah team. This part-time role emphasizes accurate packing, loading, delivery, and setup of rental items for weddings, corporate events, styled shoots, and celebrations across Utah.

You will stay organized, handle fragile inventory with care, lift 50+ pounds, and communicate clearly with teammates and clients.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading rental items.
• Able to work efficiently while still being careful with fragile inventory.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Friendly and professional with clients and vendor partners.
• Comfortable driving delivery vehicles.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be available on Saturdays.
• Additional weekday and/or evening hours will be available depending on the event schedule.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, event, or rental experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, load, and unload rental orders accurately.
• Deliver and pick up rental items from venues, homes, and event spaces.
• Safely handle tabletop items, glassware, flatware, furniture, bars, and decor pieces.
• Check orders in and out to make sure items are complete and in good condition.
• Clean, polish, wrap, and prep inventory for upcoming events.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
• Set up and strike rental items at events when needed.
• Communicate clearly with the team about damaged, missing, or returned items.
• Represent Indigo professionally when interacting with clients, planners, venues, and vendors.

Indigo Event Rentals is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Team Member to join our growing team. Indigo provides curated tabletop rentals, furniture, bars, and event pieces for weddings, corporate events, styled shoots, and celebrations throughout Utah.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and likes being part of a fast-moving event team.

This position includes frequent lifting, bending, standing, walking, loading, and unloading. Applicants should be comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working in a warehouse and event environment.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position with Saturday and Sunday availability required. Additional hours will be available on other days based on event needs, deliveries, pickups, and warehouse prep.

For the right person, this role could grow into a full-time position. We are looking for someone who shows strong work habits, stays motivated, remains on-task, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
