Job summary

Best Buy in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator to ensure order integrity for our customers. You’ll audit systems, conduct research, handle email and phone communications, and use internal platforms to manage direct-to-customer orders.

You’ll create work assignments for warehouse staff, prepare reports, and help resolve issues with vendors, shipments, and third-party logistics.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on a computer or handheld scanning device.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel
• Complete distribution center reports
• Process records, document data and prepare reports for various control areas of the center
• Resolve issues concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and third-party logistics delivery
