Job summary

Banilla Games in Norcross, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Cycle Counter) to maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, receive and ship orders, and ensure warehouse organization. You will collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory Lead to optimize stock levels and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, reliable communication, and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand company mission, vision, and values and act as an ambassador of MVV.
Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
Maintain inventory management: incoming, outgoing, and projections.
Perform daily inventory analysis; identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data systems.
Implement policies and oversee security operations.
Ensure safe use of warehouse equipment.
Maintain documentation and accurate warehouse records.
Stay aware of fleet vehicle locations and condition.
Communicate with Purchasing on new items and changes of location.
