Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Cycle Counter at 700 Hudson Rd, Griffin, GA. The role supports inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and material location maintenance in a fast-paced facility.

The candidate will communicate clearly, follow safety guidelines, and assist production and warehouse teams. Overtime may be required; training for forklift/cherry picker certification is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Continuous improvement knowledge (preferred).
• Forklift and cherry picker certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
• Report discrepancies and any damaged products.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Ensure materials are in proper locations.
• Conducts searches to locate misclassified inventory.
• Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance.
• Other duties as required.
