Lineage is hiring a Warehouse Sanitation Associate in Riverside, CA. You will perform routine and deep-cleaning across aisles, docks, and freezer spaces to support food safety and operational efficiency.

Expect a pay range of $17-$19 per hour, DOE, with a schedule including early shifts Sun-Wed. This role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Experience performing janitorial or warehouse sanitation duties.

• Assist with sanitation projects and facility tasks as assigned.
• Operate around machinery when necessary.
• Support cleanliness initiatives during peak periods.
• Respond promptly to sanitation issues to maintain a safe environment.

The Warehouse Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary warehouse environment, including freezer and cold storage areas. This role performs routine and deep-cleaning tasks throughout warehouse aisles, docks, storage areas, and freezer spaces to support food safety, employee safety, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairways, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain warehouse floors, storage areas, and operational workspaces
• Perform deep cleaning and sanitation of warehouse interior areas, including racking, docks, aisles, and workstations
• Clean and sanitize freezer and cold storage areas, including removing ice buildup and maintaining safe, sanitary conditions
• Wash facility floors and remove trash, debris, and discarded materials throughout the facility
• Perform general sanitation and maintenance duties throughout the warehouse, freezer, and support areas
• Collect broken pallet pieces, remove obstructions, and maintain safe walking and working surfaces
• Maintain clean, organized, and debris-free grounds surrounding the facility
• Operate floor cleaning equipment and sanitation tools safely and effectively
• Ensure cleaning materials, equipment, and sanitation tools are maintained in good working condition
• Properly store, secure, and handle cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment after use
• Monitor sanitation supply inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse sanitation projects and facility support tasks as assigned
• Operate or work around warehouse machinery and material handling equipment when necessary
• Support facility cleanliness initiatives and special cleaning assignments during peak operational periods
• Respond promptly to sanitation issues to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Experience performing janitorial, warehouse sanitation, or industrial cleaning duties preferred
• Ability to operate floor scrubbers, floor sweepers, pallet jacks, and other cleaning equipment
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, and related products
• Cold storage/freezer environments as low as -20°F (-25°C)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20 lbs. (9 kg); requirements may vary by facility
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and holidays when needed
• Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, including areas that may be loud

Pay Range:$16.90 - $26.11
