Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Custodian at the Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and operating a floor scrubber.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no nights or weekends. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Experience in custodial/cleaning roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust racks and perform interior/exterior cleaning.
• Process trash removal and box scraps with a compactor.
• Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment.
• Assist on special projects to support operations as needed.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting racks as well as interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Process trash removal and box scraps with a compactor.
• Operate floor scrubber (electric or propane) and other equipment.
• Assist in special projects, performing general labor to support operation requirements as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous custodial / cleaning experience preferred.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
