Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full-time Custodian in Spartanburg, SC. The role involves cleaning floors, emptying trash, and operating floor scrubbers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math, and a willingness to operate powered equipment. Overtime may be required; experience in a distribution setting is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform all physical motions typical of a general warehouse employee including bending, reaching, stretching, standing or walking for long periods and for entire shift, often over 8hrs/shift, and lifting/carrying/pushing/moving as much as 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Able to operate or learn how to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must work well in a team as well as independently.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Custodian in our Spartanburg, SC location. The primary role of a Custodian is cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.

The shifts available include Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for gathering and emptying trash receptacles.
• Operates compactor and other heavy equipment.
• Performance of routine maintenance duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform all physical motions typical of a general warehouse employee including bending, reaching, stretching, standing or walking for long periods and for entire shift, often over 8hrs/shift, and lifting/carrying/pushing/moving as much as 70 pounds (or more) repeatedly throughout the shift. With or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Able to operate or willing to learn how to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Ability to operate a floor scrubber.
• Able to work in fast paced environment and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
