Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Warehouse Crew Member in Albuquerque to manage daily warehouse tasks, including selecting, loading, and receiving orders while maintaining proper cold chain and rotation procedures. The role reports to the Floor Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be neat, able to obtain forklift/pallet jack certification, have knowledge of food safety regulations, and pass a background/MVR check, supporting a safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Blake’s core values in all responsibilities and interactions.
• Prepare orders, process requests, and supply orders by pulling products accurately.
• Receive incoming vendor/transfer loads, record quantities and file vendor paperwork with signatures and dates.
• Load outbound tractor trailers efficiently and correctly.
• Build pallets for the next day’s routes, ensuring they are checked for accuracy before being wrapped and put away.
• Rotate product correctly after inbound deliveries using FIFO inventory method.
• Ensure deliveries are stored at proper temperatures.
• Maintain freezer and cooler organization to help with weekly inventory counts.
• Assist with counting inventory if needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Summary

The warehouse crew member is responsible for daily warehouse functions. This includes selecting, loading, and receiving orders while maintaining proper cold chain and rotation procedures. This position reports to the Floor Supervisor.

• Ability move/lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
• The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to talk and hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance, frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
