Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, seeks a motivated Warehouse/Counter Sales Associate to ensure orders are received, picked, packed, shipped, and that materials are stocked safely. You will assist customers during the sales process using ERP software and help maintain an orderly warehouse.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Echo Electric offers medical/dental/vision, 401K, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jack, wire cutting machine).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with/without accommodations.
• Stand for extended periods and move around the warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders from small boxes to pallets.
• Load/unload and move materials using safety equipment and equipment.
• Receive, check in, and store inventory safely; ensure quality/quantity.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut with appropriate equipment.
• Assist customers during sales using ERP software with professional demeanor.
• Maintain organized point-of-sale displays and stock; ensure pricing/signage is accurate.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate stock, replenish merchandise.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Warehouse/Counter Sales Associate to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assistance with general maintenance of the warehouse along with assisting customers during the sales/purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

We Are Looking For Associates Who

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders. Orders range from a small box to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies using safety equipment, hand trucks, and front-end loaders/forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory in a safe manner and ensuring the quality and quantity of products.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment.
• Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintain professional sales demeanor.
• Arrange and organize point of sale displays and shelves to ensure product are visually appealing
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and replenish merchandise
• Ensure all pricing, labels and promotional signage are accurate and visible
• Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Sweep floors remove trash and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.
• Record damaged or defective materials

What You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacket, and wire cutting machine. You will also use push carts and rolling ladders.
• Ability to continuously lift materials up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
