Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking a warehouse associate to operate a stand up forklift and manage receiving and shipping duties overnight. The role includes strong administrative support, data entry, and rapid handling of information to keep production flowing smoothly.

You will schedule and confirm site activities Sunday through Thursday, 10pm–6:30am (or until finished), with opportunities for Saturdays and overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6–12 months warehouse shipping and receiving admin support.
• Data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand up forklift during the night shift.
• Schedule and confirm all receiving and shipping for site.
• Read and interpret information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide administrative support including communication, paperwork and data entry.
• Schedule Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6:30am or until finished.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
• Maintain good attendance.

Job Summary:

Responsible for operating forklift in warehouse observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Schedules and confirms all receiving and shipping for site. Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
