Overview

As a Warehouse Coordinator IV, candidates will be a pivotal force in providing leadership and guidance to a team. This role involves advanced customer support, team management, process optimization, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the department. Candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and team performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership
    • Provide leadership and direction to a team of Customer Service Representatives
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement
  2. Advanced Customer Support
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
    • Serve as a main point of contact, often being 100% customer-facing
    • Manage multiple customer accounts
  3. Team Development and Training
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills
    • Mentor and coach team members for professional growth
  4. Complex Issue Resolution
    • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Take ownership of customer problems and coordinate efforts for prompt resolution
  5. Quality Assurance
    • Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to policies and standards
    • Provide feedback for continuous improvement
  6. Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate and analyze reports on customer service metrics

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in customer service are beneficial
  • 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse, customer service, logistics, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
