First Class Air Support, a First Class Air brand, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator I to join our Louisville operations. You will handle shipping, receiving, and coordination of package pickups, ensuring a smooth transfer of parts and materials across our aviation logistics network.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a warehouse role, possesses a valid driver's license, and can operate a forklift.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 10–50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Ship aircraft parts and other company mailings in compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Receive and document incoming aircraft parts, tooling, equipment, and other aeronautical items
• Arrange pickup and delivery of packages to proper company departments
• Maintain records of outgoing shipments and couriers
• Support inventory management activities, including inventory tracking, stock organization, reconciliation efforts, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Advise Supervisor of any materials or supplies received in a damaged or incorrect state
• Audit inventory annually
• Keep assigned workspace clean and orderly
• Act in compliance with federal regulation and company policy
• Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor

What we are looking for...

You will need to have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least one year of warehouse experience
• Current and valid driver's license
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10-50 Ibs

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience with shipping and receiving
• Familiarity with aircraft part numbers
• Experience working with Quantum software
