Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering equipment to local job sites.
• Check returning equipment for missing items or damages.
• Notify manager of inventory discrepancies or faulty gear.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with inventory tracking.
• Perform basic warehouse upkeep and organization during shifts.

SEBASS Events is seeking a highly‑motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This is a salaried, full‑time position located at our Northeast Warehouse in Stamford, CT. In order to produce dynamic, exceptional events for our clients, we require an Event Producer to coordinate event needs from initial client outreach through post‑show.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the Warehouse Manager for task assignments and workflow updates.
• Participate in weekly meetings and check‑ins as scheduled.
• Arrive on time for assigned warehouse shifts, event call times, and delivery windows.
• Communicate availability in advance to assist with scheduling.
• Assist in reviewing load sheets for accuracy and equipment availability.
• Pull and prepare equipment for field deployment as needed.
• Conduct basic quality control and inspection before packing equipment.
• Support safe and efficient loading/unloading of trucks at the warehouse.
• Use inventory management system to accurately track incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist in delivering equipment to local job sites.
• Check returning equipment for missing items or visible damages.
• Notify the manager of any inventory discrepancies or faulty gear.
• Help maintain an organized warehouse and assist with inventory tracking.
• Perform basic warehouse upkeep and organization during shifts.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from our office and job sites.
• Warehouse/driving experience, including driving 24’ box trucks (CDL not required).
• Working knowledge of the Greater Palm Beach area roads/highways/regulations.
• Availability and willingness to:
• Work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
• Load, unload and assist in set‑up/strike at job sites.
• Able to work outside as necessary.
• Physical stamina: able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel, crouch and lift frequently.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word and similar softwares.
• Proficiency in RentMan Inventory System, or willingness to be trained in the first 90 days.
