Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Warehouse Coordinator/Driver to join our operations team in the United States. You will coordinate tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items and support inbound, outbound, as well as transfer operations.

You will safely operate and maintain company vehicles, follow safety standards, and help meet daily targets. The role offers $23/hour with full health and dental benefits starting on day one, plus opportunities for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role.
• Experience with a physical job requiring repetitive motions, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver's License and a good driving record; able to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of associates to meet daily targets.
• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct, including safe handling of heavy items and maintaining a secure, organized warehouse environment.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles (30%-40% of the time) while adhering to security and regulatory procedures.

What You'll Do
