Job summary

Jetson is seeking a Part Time Warehouse Coordinator to manage core warehouse activities for our HVAC and electrical contracting teams across the US and Canada. You will receive returns, organize materials, and assemble installation kits to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's in warehouse/logistics, forklift operation, and 2+ years in warehousing or supply chain. NetSuite experience is preferred and pay is $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned material from trucks and field teams.
• Unload, organize, and load outbound materials for service and install trucks.
• Assemble accurate part kits for installation and service projects.
• Stage kits based on daily schedules and project timelines.
• Communicate shortages, overages, or issues with the supply chain team.
• Support timely replenishment and minimize job site disruptions.
• Support average consumption‑based inventory tracking in Netsuite.
• Enter transactions related to usage, returns, and transfers.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional, results‑driven Part Time Warehouse Coordinator for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the core activities of the warehouse. You will be responsible for diligently executing on the receiving and kitting processes ensuring the teams have the materials to be successful everyday.

What You Will Do:

• Receive and process returned material from trucks and field teams

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
• Attention to detail, communication, and drive to deliver.
• Experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Pay: $30.00 Per Hour
