Legends Global in Stockton, CA is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to manage purchasing, receiving, rotation and stocking of concession products daily, ensuring all department needs are met.

You will process transfer orders, maintain month-end inventory, rotate stock, and supervise warehouse staff. You’ll also prepare event orders, coordinate vendor deliveries, and work with engineers on repairs on-site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 3–6 months related experience preferred
• Ability to read safety and operating documents
• Ability to communicate via radio (walkie talkie)

Responsible for the purchasing, receiving, rotation and stocking of all concession products on a daily basis. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Receives and issues food & beverage products to various locations.* Processes and maintains product transfer procedures and concession purchase orders.* Responsible for recording month-end inventory.* Rotates stock and checks par levels of concession products.* Maintains cleanliness and organization in the warehouse & concession stands.* Directs warehouse runners with concession location opening setup, closing and breakdown.* Prepares weekly employee warehouse schedules.* Prepare purchases for all events.* Prepare product orders for all events.* First line of contact with all vendors; resolves delivery issues, introduces new products to Executive Chef.* Prepares stand & portable stocking sheets for all events; chargeable and non-chargeable inventory items.* First line of contact to coordinate equipment repairs with engineering and vendors.**Supervisory Responsibilities** Directly supervise all warehouse personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
