Triumvirate Environmental in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our Lab and Onsite services team. This role focuses on warehouse and facility coordination, safety, and hands-on support, reporting to the Transportation Manager and working onsite.

You will perform routine inventory, operate pallet jack and forklift, schedule inbound/outbound shipments, and provide feedback to operations staff. The position is full-time, hourly, with a pay range of $25–$28 per hour.

• Willing to perform hands-on tasks and operate basic tools safely.
• General computer knowledge and ability to use standard software.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation required and able to pass background checks.

Warehouse Coordinator

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our Lab and Onsite services team.

This highly adaptable, dependable, hands-on, safety-oriented individual with strong coordination skills will be responsible for warehouse and facility coordination.

This position reports to the Transportation Manager. This role will be based onsite at our Santa Fa Springs, CA location. This is a full-time hourly position with a pay range of $25 -$28 an hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine walk-through of supply areas and take responsibility of cleanliness and organization
• Safely operate a pallet jack and a forklift
• Schedule and coordinate applicable inbound/outbound shipments on a daily basis
• Provide feedback to individual Operations and Facility staff members on work occurring in the supply warehouse
• Perform monthly supply inventory assessment

Basic Requirements:

• Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC.
  Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis .
• Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
• The Warehouse Coordinator frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment. This role is considered safety-sensitive.

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior relevant industry experience
• Hazardous waste certification.
• DOT RECRA certification
• Active HAZWOPER 24- or 40-hour certification.
