Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure workload is distributed properly and manage WMS down to the floor.
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve problems with the day’s orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• Hourly Pay $22.50 per hour
• Schedule: Rotating schedule 3 days one week, 4 days next week. 12 hour shifts
