Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead a team of operators in our Erlanger distribution center. You will manage workflow, ensure safety and cost controls, and drive productivity on the warehouse floor while mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and hands-on experience in supply chain or distribution, with strong cross-functional communication skills and a commitment to LS&Co values.

• Ensure safety, costs, and workforce metrics are met; spend up to 95% on the warehouse floor.
• Communicate work group performance results to the team and stakeholders.
• Create a safe workplace and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Administer policies on health, safety, time & attendance, and productivity.
• Identify workflow improvements with Production Planning and cross-functional teams.
• Coach team members to support LS&Co objectives and DC metrics.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in special site projects.

This role is a working member of the team and will have operational assignments as required. The Coordinator will ensure execution of productivity goals for the team while engaging each operator to work safely, accurately, and in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, as a people leader the expectation is to promote continuous process improvements and build a culture centered around employee engagement and LS&Co values.About the job:Lead non-exempt employees to manage workflow and achieve daily objectives within set metrics.
