Job summary

Mayesh is seeking a warehouse associate at our Santa Ana location. You will work Sunday through Thursday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, assisting with receiving, staging, merchandising, packing and shipment of floral orders.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean cooler, inventory control and safe work practices. You will become familiar with flower varieties and proper handling, follow safety procedures, and support the operations team in maintaining an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process floral products including staging and merchandising.

• Support shelf displays and inventory control; rotate products as needed.
• Follow branch guidelines to pull orders and count physical inventory.

We are looking for you if you meet the following requirements:

Position summary:

Works closely with warehouse staff and ops team to pull orders and maintain a clear, organized cooler and warehouse. Receive and process floral products: including staging, merchandising for sale and packing of orders. Help facilitate floral orders by pulling, packing, labeling and staging for shipment.

Essential Functions: Warehouse/Cooler

• Become familiar with floral products: name, care & proper handling Inform your direct report of quality issues


• Staging product for order pulling for maximum efficiency Processing


• Sales floor display Inventory control / maintenance


• Rotation of products on the sales floor Pull orders per branch guidelines


• Packing orders per branch specifications Assist in counting of physical inventory


• Comprehension of warehouse floor plan and its functions, i.e. sales floor, inventory, orders, equipment storage Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, work\u2011stations clean, complying with procedures, rules and regulations


• Follow all safety codes including keeping the cooler clean & free of debris and excess water.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work at a rapid, consistent pace in a physical job. Keep up with the pace of the building. Must be willing to learn all aspects of the warehouse including flower varieties. Prior knowledge of flower varieties a bonus but not required.


• Follow instructions, pay attention to detail, complete tasks, inform supervisor of completion or challenges. Team player/Dependable


• Ability to stand, walk, and crouch or kneel Warehouse/ Cooler Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.


• Accept flexible schedule based on product flow, peak season & holidays Flexible schedule (able to work up to 12 hours, if needed)
