Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Braselton distribution center is hiring a Warehouse Computer Clerk/Forklift Driver for 1st shift. The role supports load planning, receiving, and picking, while ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Candidates should be able to multitask, maintain safety, and work on a team in a dynamic warehouse environment. The position emphasizes onsite duties with opportunities for skill growth in distribution, logistics, and operations within a leading home furnishings

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with RF scanners is required.
• Forklift driving experience with Reach Truck & Order Picker desired.
• Onsite/on‑premises role with everyday presence.
• Basic skills in Excel and Outlook.
• AS400 WMS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and maintain accuracy in written and verbal communications.
• Process overages, shortages, and damages; perform load closures and data entry.
• Support load planning, receiving, and picking when needed.
• Assist with daily task reconciliation and investigate invalid cases.
• Prepare pick sheets for the team and ensure warehouse processes run smoothly.
• Promote safety and uphold a safe working environment.
• Conduct other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Computer Clerk/Forklift Driver position is located in Braselton, GA.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will:

• Ability to multitask and be detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
• Executing standard operating procedures to process overages, shortages & damages (OS&D’s), perform load closures, data entry, and pulling reports.
• Coverage on load‑planning/receiving/picking when necessary.
• Assist with daily task reconciliation and research on invalid cases.
• Prepare pick sheets for the team to complete.
• Take ownership of warehouse functions; ensuring processes are completed correctly.
• Effectively communicating via phone and email to internal and external personnel.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience with RF scanners.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with Reach Truck & Order Picker.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
• AS400 Warehouse Management system knowledge.
• Organized, detailed, and capable of multi‑tasking.
• Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary.
• Availability of working a full‑time schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.

Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role:

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
• Able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day.
• Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35ft.
