Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago is seeking an analytical Warehouse Data Analyst to build and maintain dashboards, forecast capacity, and identify risks across the distribution network. This role partners with supply planning, fulfillment, site operations, and IT to translate data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven ability to work with 3PLs, perform rigorous data analysis, and lead cross-functional teams to improve warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, data analytics or related field.
• Experience working with 3PLs and external warehouses.
• Strong data analysis and cross‑functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse PBI dashboards.
• Lead short-term warehouse capacity planning by monitoring storage utilization, inventory projections, and warehouse constraints.
• Identify short term capacity risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead RCA efforts for warehouse performance issues.
• Support WH COE initiatives with analytical support for business case developments.
• Support warehouse performance reviews.
• Drive change via AI driven AGV data into actions.
