Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to support data entry, reporting, and billing processes. You will collect and organize information, file records, and handle rating and billing tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
The role requires accuracy, strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to multitask while delivering excellent client service. Prior logistics exposure is a plus.
Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets
Collects, organizes, records, and files information.
Performs Rating & Billing duties
Other duties as assigned
Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, personal computer, scanners, etc.
Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Communication and client service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Two or more years clerical experience
Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
