Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Transportation/Logistics/Distribution Operations.
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Manage multiple tasks across departments within deadlines.
• Monitor and organize team mailbox(es) and distribute tasks.
• Produce actionable insights from reports and share with stakeholders.
• File damage claims and adjust inventory as needed.
• Process expedited shipment requests from Customer Service.
• Communicate relevant information diplomatically to customers and drivers.

• End-of-day administrative, clerical, and filing tasks.
