Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Three months’ related experience and/or training.
• Current and valid driver license with insurability guidelines.
• Forklift training and certification within 90 days; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming shipments against packing slips.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours.
• Assign locations and update the system for new parts.
• Check in and process inter-branch shipments and stage parts for delivery.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety policies.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure parts are resale-ready.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts within 24 hours.
• Serve as backup Parts Driver when needed.
• Pull, package, and ship vendor returns.
