Job summary

InCord is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support Receiving, Inventory and Material Handler functions. The role requires scanning work orders, printing labels, labeling packages, and processing make-to-stock orders.

It also involves back-up duties across departments in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong computer skills, basic math, and excellent communication in English.

• Basic math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills; good written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and medical card
• Forklift certified/willing to be certified
• Positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks of a physical and repetitive nature.
• Accurately organize and scan all work orders for invoicing.
• Printing inventory labels and labelling goods as needed.
• Receiving of incoming goods
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Driving among warehouses to pick up or drop off materials.
• Creating stock orders and closing them out in a timely manner to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitoring the warehouse inbox and distributing orders in a timely manner.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day if needed.
• Be flexible and prepared to have work reassigned at a moment’s notice, and across all departments.
• Follow InCord’s rules, regulations, and safety requirements, coming to work on time and giving their all.
• Other duties as assigned.
