Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) seeks a Warehouse Clerk/Driver to support the Desert region in Arizona. You will receive, store, and stage materials, manage inventory, and deliver supplies to job sites across AZ and NM using a company truck.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, and are organized and reliable. Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with benefits including health insurance and a company truck for work use.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log shipments of cables, connectors, antennas, and DAS equipment.
• Manage the DES market Asset Tracker and organize warehouse inventory.
• Stage and kit materials for job site deployments; load and deliver using company truck.
• Pickup tools and excess materials; coordinate with field leads on delivery priorities.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and assist with cataloging new tools.

Job description

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks. We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk/Driver to support our Desert region. This is a hands-on role responsible for receiving, organizing, inventorying, and staging all materials and equipment that our field crews depend on daily. You are the supply line for active job sites across Arizona and New Mexico.

You will receive a company truck and will be responsible for delivering and picking up materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites within the DES market. Travel around the Arizona/New Mexico and surrounding areas is required.

Candidates must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license to be eligible for a company-provided vehicle.

This position reports directly to the Desert Region Operations Manager.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional flexibility may be needed to support project timelines, but this is primarily a standard weekday schedule.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of cable, connectors, antennas, and DAS equipment
• Manage the DES market Asset Tracker
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory so materials are accounted for and easy to locate
• Stage and kit materials for upcoming job site deployments based on project needs
• Load and deliver materials to jobsites using a company truck
• Pick up tools, equipment, and excess materials from completed or transitioning jobsites
• Track inventory levels and flag shortages or reorder needs to the Operations Manager
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse at all times
• Assist with receiving and cataloging new tools and test equipment
• Coordinate with field leads and the Operations Manager on daily delivery priorities
• Support basic fleet coordination - keeping the company truck maintained and fueled

What We're Looking For

• Prior warehouse experience - receiving, inventory management, material handling, forklift operation
• Comfortable driving a company truck for deliveries across our market throughout Arizona, New Mexico and surrounding areas
• Organized and detail-oriented - you keep things where they belong and know what's in stock
• Self-starter who can manage daily priorities without constant direction
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly and stay on your feet through a full shift
• Reliable - consistent attendance and on time every day, no exceptions
• Telecom or construction warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Requirements

• Must meet CTS minimum driving requirements
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or GED

Compensation

$21-25/hr. depending on experience. Full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), per diem when applicable, and a company truck provided for work use.
