Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to handle clerical functions for warehouse operations and support inventory control. You will perform E-Intake transactions, process transfers, and ensure accurate documentation while following safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and move equipment. Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of DME/HME are preferred, with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) is a plus.
• Background check and drug screen as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete E-Intake transactions and Service Manager transfers, receiving, and processing activities.
• Monitor inventory transactions for end-of-month inventory reconciliation.
• Participate in monthly physical inventory counts and EOM inventory activities.
• Perform all shipping and receiving functions in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately complete production, delivery, and inventory documentation.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including hazardous materials handling training.
• Identify, report, and help address equipment hazards and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Develop knowledge of respiratory products, DME, and HME.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
• Assist with other warehouse, inventory, and operational duties.
