Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Locust Grove, GA, is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm). You will process orders, maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System, and help ensure smooth operations in a fast‑paced distribution center.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic computer skills (MS Office), and at least one year of warehouse experience. You may handle domestic and international shipping documents and adapt to overtime when needed.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
