Your role involves ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating dock activities, and maintaining documentation while supporting inventory disciplines and customer communication. Training is provided to advance within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office.
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity in accordance with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse.
• Verify the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation.
• Partner with the inventory department to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs.
• Depending on location, operate equipment and may need to be equipment certified.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $22.25 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule: Second Shift - Monday through Friday 2:30 PM -11:00 PM

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment

• Products Being Handled: Medical Supplies
• Equipment: Ability to Learn/Operate Powered Industrial Equipment, such as Stand-up and Sit-Down Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, Pallet Jacks, Etc
