Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in PuYallup, WA to provide administrative, clerical and inventory support. You will enter daily data into Capstone systems and assist with shipments to the corporate office, including handling returns.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to work in a warehouse environment, and a willingness to support site management with flexible scheduling. Weekly pay is offered along with standard company training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in office/clerical tasks and basic inventory support is a plus.
• Able to work in both office and warehouse environments with mixed temperatures.

Pay: $720-$850 a week/paid weekly

Schedule set at time of hire

1st shift: 1:30am - Finish

The Opportunity

• Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office
• Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems
• Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Willingness to provide moderate housekeeping of office area
• Ability to work with a variety of people without regard to race, color, age, sex, national origin, religion, creed, or disability
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills
• High school diploma
• Previous office/clerical experience a plus
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift
