Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to help manage inventory, support production, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving operations at our Minnesota facility.

You will operate forklifts, stage materials per BOM, perform cycle counts, and keep the work area safe and organized while collaborating with the supervisor. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to logistics, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

• Manage storage of inventory, including parts and sub-assemblies.
• Process incoming freight and prepare shipments paperwork.
• Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks.
• Deliver parts to production line on time.
• Stage materials according to the Bill of Materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate progress with the supervisor regularly.
• Complete tasks within predefined parameters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage storage of inventory products, including purchased parts and manufactured sub-assemblies
• Process incoming freight and prepare packages/paperwork for shipments
• Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and organize pallet racks
• Deliver parts to the production line on time
• Accurately stage materials according to the Bill of Materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including performing cycle counts
• Keep work area clean, orderly, and safe
• Communicate progress with the supervisor regularly
• Complete tasks within predefined parameters
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour.
• Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

• 6:00am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
