Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to process shipments in the Miami, FL facility, ensuring efficient storage and orderly operations.

You will assist with loading/unloading, crate/uncrate shipments, label, and maintain organized warehouse spaces; forklift operation is required as needed; must lift 40 lbs regularly and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Warehouse experience.
• Preferred: Experience in logistics and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/unloading trucks for interstate movement.
• Crate and uncrate shipments; stencil, label, and band.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Check in/out shipments and update locator file.
• Deliver shipments as needed.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Warehouse Clerk will process incoming and outgoing shipments from warehouse and organize the warehouse to ensure efficient shipment storage.

Essential Functions

• Assist as needed in loading and unloading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce
• Crate and uncrate shipments as needed, including stenciling, labeling, and banding
• Cleaning and organizing of warehouse
• Check in and out shipments out of warehouse and keep locater file up to date
• Deliver shipments as needed
• Operate forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs on a regular basis
• Knowledge of company systems
• Ability to make decisions relating to the warehouse
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures

Required Education and Experience

• Required: High school diploma or its equivalent
• Preferred: Previous warehouse experience
• Preferred: Previous experience in logistics and transportation

Working Conditions

• Mainly indoors
• Lifting in excess of 40 lbs frequently
• Standing or walking majority of the time
